Refund and Termination Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund for the current month.

2. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions include a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Within 14 days of purchase, you can request a full refund. After this period, no refund is possible.

3. Refund Process

Refund available within 48 hours max after activation, provided usage stays within the fair-use threshold.

4. Termination by MiraiVPN

MiraiVPN reserves the right to terminate service immediately in case of breach of terms, illegal use, fraud, or non-payment. No refund is granted in these situations.

5. Technical Issues

If service is unavailable due to technical issues on our side for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may request a proportional refund for the affected period.
