Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MiraiVPN, you agree to respect local laws, refrain from malicious traffic, and keep your credentials secure. MiraiVPN reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these principles.
2. Service Description
MiraiVPN provides VPN connectivity based on the WireGuard protocol, encrypting traffic and offering exit points according to available servers. Plans include data quotas and speed options as described at purchase and on the dashboard.
3. Account, Security and Age
Users must be at least 18 years old or have the required legal authorisation in their country. Users undertake to provide accurate information and protect their credentials. Any activity carried out via the account is presumed attributable to its holder.
4. Payments and Billing (Stripe)
Purchases and renewals are processed via Stripe. Pricing, taxes, automatic renewal, withdrawal, and refund conditions are detailed in the Refund and Termination Policy. Mirai Societe may suspend service in case of non-payment or suspicion of fraud.
5. Usage Rules and AUP
Users must comply with applicable laws. Any prohibited activity (DDoS, spam, phishing, fraud, intellectual property infringement, etc.) is forbidden and may result in immediate suspension or termination (see AUP).
6. Availability, Maintenance and Updates
The service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of continuous availability. Interruptions (maintenance, incidents, saturation, third-party operator actions) may occur. Mirai Societe may deploy software, security, and server configuration updates without prior notice.
7. Responsibility
Mirai Societe declines all responsibility for indirect damages (loss of profits, data, reputation) and for damages resulting from misuse of the service. No guarantee is given for performance, uninterrupted access to third-party platforms, or absolute anonymity.
8. Termination
Users may terminate their subscription at any time following the Refund and Termination Policy. Mirai Societe may suspend or terminate without notice in case of serious breach of the TOS, illegal use, fraud, non-payment, or legal injunction.
9. TOS Modifications
Mirai Societe may modify the TOS for legitimate reasons (security, compliance, service evolution). Users will be informed by reasonable means (email, banner, notification). In case of refusal, the user may stop using the service and cancel their subscription.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The TOS are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Strasbourg, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the user’s country of residence.
Refund window
Refund available within 48 hours max after activation, provided usage stays within the fair-use threshold.
